KVH is multilingual across all levels of the organization and we can offer support in Japanese and English and, selectively, in Mandarin and Korean. Our customer base is nearly 50% non-Japanese and we have staff representing over 25 different nationalities. Our Service Desk acts as the single point of contact between the customer and KVH operations to ensure excellent quality of service in either English or Japanese.
KVH Service Desk operates in accordance with the Information Security Management System (referred to as “ISMS”) and KVH offices have been certified the international standard "ISO/IEC 27001:2005 / JIS Q 27001:2006".
