Terms & Conditions
Below are the terms and conditions of the KVH SaaS Application Contest.
All entries must be:
- Developed and submitted by a system developer or application service vendor that has a head office or local office located in either Iwate, Miyagi, or Fukushima Prefecture
- Application services that are designed for business users and can be delivered using KVH IaaS
- Application user interface, available on at least one of the following PC browsers: IE; Firefox; Chrome; Safari) or supporting iOS and Android mobile applications (ideally supporting the latest version)
KVH will also provide support to contest entrants via KVH IaaS:
- Contest participants can use KVH IaaS free of charge for the application development and examination
- KVH IaaS VPS service 2CPU (dynamic allocation)
(With IaaS service Internet connectivity) - Term of use: From November 1, 2011 to April 30, 2012
Note: Immediately after the application screening process, KVH IaaS will be offered through KVH Cloud Galaxy. Access to KVH IaaS will automatically end without individual notification at the completion of the contest.
