KVH Sales Partner Program
At KVH, we recognize that success depends on trusted partnerships. Offered in three models, KVH’s Sales Partner Program allows our partners to expand their business opportunities and create new business models by incorporating KVH’s services into their own service portfolio.
1. Referral Partner (Referral Contract)
KVH’s Referral Partners help us by introducing prospective customers but leaving all direct sales activities to us. Once KVH closes a referred opportunity, we notify our referral partners and pay them a success-based commission.
2. Agent Partner (Business Trust Agreement)
KVH’s Agent Partners help identify and close sales opportunities directly with customers for KVH services. Once orders are placed, we provide the services and invoices directly to the customer and provide the Agent Partner with a commission payment.
3. Resale Partner (Resale Contract)
Under this program, KVH Resale Partners acquire services from KVH and resell them as part of their own solution. KVH invoices the Resale Partner for the services, and the Resale Partner owns the relationship with the end user.
*Note that in order to resell telecommunications services, Resale Partners must be appropriately registered to resell such services with the Japan Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC).
